2. Client Commitment
We work best with those who are all in. You agree to:
Participate actively in sessions

Respect confidentiality and time commitments
Complete payments on time
3. Payment Policy
All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be forfeited or billed in full.
Refunds are not automatic. We stand behind the value we deliver, and exceptions are made case-by-case.
4. Confidentiality Clause
All client information and session content are kept strictly confidential unless you authorize disclosure or the law requires it.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials (training content, worksheets, slides, and strategies) remain the intellectual property of Dr. Natasha Evans. You may use them for personal or internal organizational purposes but may not replicate, resell, or distribute without written consent.
6. Results Disclaimer
We equip you with elite tools—but your success depends on execution. We make no guarantees, and we don’t sugarcoat. If you want real growth, do the real work.
7. Termination Clause
We reserve the right to terminate a coaching or consulting relationship if client conduct becomes disrespectful, disruptive, or misaligned with our core values.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state or country of operation. Disputes will be handled in a local court with jurisdiction.
